College Diversity Officer Quits After Being Asked to Actually Work

Darrius Workard was hired as the Diversity Officer at UCLA. A position that he accepted gladly seeing the opportunity to do the one thing he wanted most. Absolutely nothing - and for it be paid $200,000 a year for it. Unfortunately, as organizations across the country have been forced to begin offloading employees, more and more diversity officers like Darrius have been asked to roll up their sleeves and do something for once.

"This is racism" Darrius announced loudly to anyone who would listen,"Making the black guy in the office work!" When the 99% black staff of the Diversity office pointed out that they were black too he proceeded to call them all 'Uncle Toms' and stormed off Angrily.

On Tuesday morning Darrius elected to tender his resignation rather than face the indignation of working while at work. When asked what task had caused him to leave his post at UCLA Darrius refused to respond calling it a distraction. UCLA however were happy to inform interested parties that Darrius had been tasked with arranging a diversity celebration party for his team.
